Terms and Conditions.....
I accept all orders on the basis that the following terms and conditions are understood and agreed to.
All designs on this website are the copyright of I do...Wedding Invitations and must not be copied or reproduced under any circumstances.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the permission to use any material you ask me to include in your wedding stationery (i.e. poems, hymns and readings in an order of service) and in particular you indemnify I do...Wedding Invitations against any action brought against it for breach of a third party's copyright.
I reserve the right to update details or prices on the website at any time, including the Terms and Conditions.
Any price increase will not affect confirmed orders.
I do...Wedding Invitations cannot accept responsibility for colour and texture variations which occur occasionally. Although every effort has been made to reproduce colours accurately, due to digital imagery, some colours shown may not be exact representations of the actual colours used.
All designs are handmade to order, so slight variations may occur from card to card. This is not deemed as faulty.
All orders are subject to material availability. If I do...Wedding Invitations experiences any difficulty with supplies, you will be informed and I will endeavour to offer you an alternative of the same or better quality at the same price as your initial order.
You may order your stationery in stages but it helps to let me know if you want place cards, order of service etc at a later date, otherwise I cannot guarantee the continuity of colours and availability of embellishments. A further agreed deposit will guarantee availability and continuity as I can purchase your embellishments, ribbon, card etc
Proofs and Payment
Once you place an order I ask for a £25 non-returnable deposit and then make up your proofs. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you supply. This includes people's names, places, times, location, table plan details and any text used for the order of service. You are also responsible for proof-reading all text and copy sent out in the proofs. You must make sure the proof is exactly as you want it before you approve it.
Once the proofs have been approved, I am not responsible for any mistakes on stationery that were confirmed in the proofs.
Your order will not be completed until the proofs have been returned and the balance paid.
Payment can be by cheque, Visa, Visa debit, Visa electron or Mastercard or Paypal. No charges are added for the £25 deposit, but may be required for the balance if paid by Credit card or Paypal.
Orders can be cancelled as long as the final proofs have not been approved and production has not commenced. In the event of cancellation, I do...Wedding Invitations has the right to retain the £25 deposit.
Proofs are sent via Royal Mail and stationery orders sent next day delivery either by Royal Mail or Courier. You will be informed of the carrier used and the delivery time frame.
The customer must examine the goods on delivery and notify me promptly (7 working days maximum) of any apparent damage, defect or shortage. In default of any notification, I do...Wedding Invitations will be deemed conclusively to have properly performed its obligations in relation to the purchase and sale of the goods.
If an error/fault is discovered, I do...Wedding Invitations must receive the original, incorrect/faulty stationery before amendments are made. Postage will be reimbursed if the error is that of I do...Wedding Invitations.
Customers are to package the incorrect goods in the same manner they were sent to them i.e. bubble wrap, tissue and boxed. Once an order has been signed for by the customer the goods are your responsibility until they are received back by I do...Wedding Invitations. I will not replace any stationery item that has been damaged in transit on its return due to insufficient packaging.
Please be aware that due to the small parts used on the stationery they are not suitable for young children.
