Do you require a deposit?
Yes, you will be asked to pay 25 deposit and then the proofs will be made up and sent to you for approval. The balance and p&p is due when the proofs have been approved and returned.

Which payment methods do you accept?
I accept cheques, credit and debit cards over the phone or bank transfer. I will accept Paypal but for this and credit card payments there may be an extra charge.

How long before I receive my order?
Customers should expect to receive their order approximately 7-14 working days from the receipt of cleared payment of the balance. If it is an exceptionally busy period any possible delays would be discussed and agreed with the customer.

How much is delivery?
Each delivery is 10 and this includes your proof.
If ordering scrolls this delivery will be 12 including the scroll proof.

How is my parcel delivered?
Depending on your order, the items will either be sent Royal Mail next day delivery or by courier. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday and will require a signature. I am quite happy to send orders to work or other addresses if this is more convenient.

Can I change the colour of the design?
All of the designs can be made up to match your wedding colour scheme. Each design has details at the side of what changes you can make.

Can I use a foreign language on my invitations?
I am more than happy to print your invitations in a foreign language. Text for these must be supplied electronically and the customer must be particularly careful when checking the proofs.
Please note that not all fonts work with foreign languages.

Do your invitations come with envelopes?
All invitations are supplied with a matching white or ivory envelope included in the price.

Do your scroll come with boxes?
The scrolls are priced on their own giving you the choice to add a box or postal tube if wanted.
The prices of the boxes and tubes are also on the scroll page.

How do I post my scrolls?
If you need to post your scroll beware the postal charges. They must be sent at small parcel rate which is quite costly (April 3013 1st class 3.00, 2nd class 2.60)
If you have opted for scroll boxes you will also require a postal wrap. This makes them robust enough to withstand our postal system. Alternatively you can pop the scroll directly into a postal tube.

Do the scroll boxes/tubes fit through the letterbox?
As a general rule I would say no, but the postman should leave a card if no-one is available at time of delivery.

Can I choose my own wording?
There are some templates on the website which you can use as a guide. Please feel free to add your wording to any email.

Can I use my own font?
There are suggestions for fonts on the website but if you have a favourite please do not hesitate to discuss with me.

Can you match colours to a swatch?
